PRICING: The cost for each book shipped within the continental
United States is $29.95 plus $4.95
for shipping & handling - for a total of $34.90 (USD). Orders shipped
within Canada are $29.95 (CND) plus $4.95 shipping & handling and 7% GST - for a total of $37.30 (CND).
These prices include delivery by First Class mail. For
